From Atheism to Belief: A Journey to Islam in North America. This was the topic of a lecture delivered by Dr. Jeffrey Lang at McGill University on October 27, 2007. Dr. Jeffrey Lang was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1954. He grew up in a Roman Catholic family but became atheist by the time he was 18. In the early 80s, however, he converted to Islam and since then, he has been an active and influential voice in Islamic Circles throughout America. Sulaiman (Gary) Busby From England Revert to Islam . He is someone who found Islam after a long journey of searching - alhamdulillah. turkiye Sulaiman (Gary) Bugsby spent a very long time learning and studying Islam before deciding that it was indeed the truth. He is a person who rarely accepts new ideas without very thorough and logical investigation. Something that places his mind at rest in a way that leaves no doubts. At first he was skeptical, indeed he was kept in the dark about Islam whilst he lived in the Gulf Arab state of Qatar. Later after a trip to Turkey (turkiye) he began to investigate more what Islam really was about. Soon, he began to develop a thirst for more knowledge and information. This video explores his mindset before and after accepting Islam and his reasons for doing so.
